Cancellation Policy

Appointments to be paid in full at least one week ahead of the session. Appointment cancellations can be made however, may incur a charge. Please read the below information carefully: If a cancellation is made with at least two weeks notice, the full amount will be refunded or rescheduled free of charge. If a cancellation or rescheduling is made with less than 14 days notice, 50% of the appointment charge will be refunded. If a cancellation or rescheduling is made with less than 7 days notice, no refund will be provided. Any non-attendances will not be refunded or transferred.
